Please ensure the items are unworn, unwashed, and retain all original tags to be eligible for a full refund or replacement.
Initiate Request
Visit our Returns Portal and enter your order ID and registered email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Quality Inspection
Pack the kurti securely in its original packaging; our courier partner will arrive within 48 hours to conduct a brief on-the-spot quality check.
Reverse Pickup
Once the item passes the initial inspection, it will be picked up at no additional cost to you and shipped back to our Jaipur warehouse.
Refund Processing
After we receive and verify the product at our facility, your refund will be credited to your original payment method or store wallet within 5-7 business days.
